I want to thank you for the outstanding job that your company did at my home this past month and a half. You have an outstanding work crew who brought true professionalism to the job site. your tech went far and beyond what he was called to do. After looking at the areas of concern from the job that the other guy did, I thought it would be impossible to fix the problems we had from the first system he put in. Your tech knew the problems and worked through many hurdles to get our system back working right. I paid $8,100 for the system and thought I was paying way too much, but I can see now why I paid higher than all the other companies I called. You backed your work up with no questions asked. Every time I called, ya'll showed up with no complaints. Please let everyone that had a hand in getting my problems fixed, how much we appreciate all their hard work!!! Again thank you and thanks again for your tech's hard work and expertise, he is a very valuable asset to your company.

Around 10:00 pm, we began to smell a strong burning odor from our heating unit. We called Dipple, and your service technician was at our door in less than 15 minutes. He was very polite and professional, diagnosed our issue, and had our heat up and running again in less than an hour. Very pleased with the service and efficiency, and wont hesitate to call Dipple again for our heating and air conditioning needs! Thanks so much!

Our A/C was beginning to fail. I got estimates and opinions from several companies. Dipple was recommended by one of my wife's coworkers. Your technician came out and diagnosed the problem. He took extra time to explain everything to both me and my wife. The previous owner of our home converted the HVAC from total electric to natural gas. He has his own contracting business but he obviously didn't know much about HVAC. Your technician explained that there was not enough duct work to ensure proper airflow. None of the other people who looked at the AC even mentioned this problem. I want to commend your technician and all the other guys who worked with him. Basically, they had to correct a lot of poorly engineered work and even made a custom plenum for the new unit. Your technician and his team did all this at a great price but that's not what impressed me the most. What my wife and I really liked is the professional and genuine attitude not only demonstated by your technician, but by every single team member with whom we came into contact. I plan to use Dipple for ALL my future related services. PS: We have two Boston Terriers. Every one of your employees seemed to like them and they could tell. Keep your dog on your commercials and website. S(he) adds a dimension of clarity that only a true dog lover can understand and appreciate.
